Exchanges and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the item within 15 days.

To exchange the article, just follow the steps below:

Send an email to info@osulisboa.com with the following information:

• Full Name
• Email adress you wish to be contacted at.
• Phone number
• Adress were you wish to receive your new article
• Invoice date and number
• Reference and size of the product you want to exchange.
• Reference and size the new product you want to receive.

Once you've received an authorization number, send your item/s, along with packaging and the Return Form to:

When we receive the order, we will process the exchange of the item. Confirmation will be sent by email.

To make the return, you just need to send an email to info@osulisboa.com with the order information:

• Full Name
• Phone number
• Reference and size of the product you want to return.

Once you've received an authorization number, send your item/s, along with packaging to:

When we receive the order we will return it to your bank account.

The cost of sending the order for exchanges and returns is paid by the customer.
